Product & Technical Support
Why do my prints get stringing?
Stringing occurs due to filament oozing. and can be solved by adjusting the printer Settings such as enabling retraction, reducing the printing temperature and increasing the printing speed.
Why can't my printer squeeze out filament?
PLA may lead to nozzle blockage as a result of improper temperature settings or residue accumulation. To address this issue, you can heat the nozzle to approximately 210°C and manually feed the filament while observing its extrusion. If the blockage persists, it will be necessary to disassemble the nozzle for cleaning or replacement.
Why is it hard for my prints to attach to the build surface?
This can be achieved by calibrating the nozzle and platform spacing to ensure a precise first-layer adhesion, or by increasing the platform temperature to enhance material bonding.
